Game-Go

Go, on a 9x9, 13x13 or 19x19 board, under the Japanese rules of 1989. The
board, the chains, the liberties and the search are in C, behind a published
ABI in include/go_abi.h; the Perl is the rules, the notation and the bot's
policy.

This version carries the board and only the board: points, colours, chains,
exact liberty counts, a zobrist hash and a packed position. Nothing in it
judges a move, so there is no ko, no capture and no suicide rule yet. The
engine is perl-free, so the same C compiles into the XS, into a plain program,
or to wasm.

This is an XS distribution with no pure-Perl fallback, so it needs a working
compiler.
